It may contain any challenge to improve yourselves and you customize it according to your goals and purpose. You need to do the task daily without fail. if you skip and missed one task in one day you must need to start from day 1.
Yeah, when you skipped the one task on day 49 you must restart it from day 1. there is no excuse if you missed, forgot, skipped, tired or sick.

- Wake Up before 08:00 AM
- Do Your Morning Routine. 1 Hour without distraction
- Exercise 1 hour
- Read 10 Pages
- Learn New skill for 1 hour
- Follow healthy diet
- Track your progress daily in a journal
Note: If you fail any of the rules in 50 days, start over on Day 1. Repeat until the challenge is finished.
